On Sunday November 17th, Caritas of Austin will be hosting the Annual Homeless Memorial Service at sunrise (6:58 a.m.) to recognize the women, men and children who have lived and died in Austin while homeless and living in poverty. The service will include the naming of all who have passed this year.
