We are planning on having the following events:
Monday Nov. 13th: We will be tabling to provide information about Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and to advertise the events we are hosting during the week. This day we are also hosting an event titled “Renting 101” in order to educate students on the basics of signing a lease and what resources are available to students to aid in the renting process.

Tuesday Nov. 14th: We are hosting an event titled “Home-Buying Workshop” to help educate university staff and graduate students on how to create a budget as a homeowner, how credit impacts home buying options, how to find a real estate agent and a lender, the costs of homebuying and the approval process, and what to expect after closing.

During this week we will be doing a lot of outreach on social media platforms as well.
