We will host a "Fit2Feed" Fit-a-thon food drive. This event serves two purposes: to provide food items to the less fortunate in our community and to provide a fun and high energy workout for our participants. The admission is 5 canned or food items which will be donated to the Winston Salem Forsyth County School system to be distributed to students and their families through the Social Work department. We will be offering our regularly scheduled FREE Community Lunch available to anyone in our community between 11:30am-12:30pm Monday-Thursday. This meal allows individuals to eat a hot, delicious, and nutritionally balanced meal that they may otherwise not get. We will be making extra awareness posts during the week on our Facebook page and at our Center.
