Heartland HOUSED will host a community resource pop-up at a local grocery store to connect residents with homelessness prevention resources, services for people experiencing homelessness, SNAP Connect, and other local food resources. Throughout the week, we will also use social media, primarily Facebook and our HCoC Newsletter, to share practical information about housing and food assistance and help people understand where to turn when they need support.
