Keuka Housing Council is hosting an open house for community partners to come together to discuss and learn about housing and food insecurity in our community (Yates County, NY) Students from the Penn Yan Academy will be making bowls for an “empty bowls” project to be sold during the open house. Students will also create and donate 2 dimensional art pieces that will be available for purchase to the open house guests. We will have light snacks and short presentations that highlight the “statistics” that tell the story of food and housing insecurity in our community and otherwise network with one another as the key service providers and policy makers in the community.
