We encourage Faith Forward Dallas (FFD) at Thanksgiving Square members, as well as other clergy to use their sermons during Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, to educate their congregations on how they can help end homelessness, with a specific focus on racial equity.

We actively work to make the knowledge of the systems that created homelessness, as well as the overrepresentation of persons of color in homelessness, strong, tolerance for homelessness and this overrepresentation low, and resistance to these social ills widespread, coordinated and driving systems change.
