We will have activities that help people put the day-to-day life of a homeless person into perspective. The activities will include, building a shelter out of cardboard boxes, a race to make the fastest pb&j sandwich, and a race to make the fastest “homeless kit” (essential items). After the event, we plan to donate the pb&j sandwiches, the kits, and the canned food from the food drive we’re doing all week.
