Park University is holding a food drive to provide Park University Parkville students with the “leftovers” they won’t be getting over the long weekend. Every $20 sponsored will help provide one student with a Holiday Weekend Box filled with items like: pre-cooked turkey breast, package of rolls, instant mashed potatoes, canned vegetables, gravy, stuffing and other snacks.
