We will be hosting an Oxfam Hunger Banquet, a “County Fair” to discuss sustainable farming practices (we’re from a rural area), a fundraiser and awareness campaign for our campus food pantry, a campus-wide food drive for our regional food bank, a Can Castle Challenge, and finally a Thanksgiving dinner that triples as an educational experience, a social event where faculty/staff/students discuss food insecurity, and the conclusion of our food drive.
