“Homelessness 101” –Training session via Zoom; Saturday, November 13th, 10am-12noon ET
As part of our 150th Anniversary and in recognition of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (November 13-21), Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, will be sponsoring a special training session with Dr Mark Mussman, Director of Education for the Greater Cincinnati Homeless Coalition.
“Homelessness 101” is open to all in the community to join us via Zoom from 10am to 12noon, Saturday, November 13th. Advance registration is not required.

Prince of Peace has long been focused on community outreach in OTR, including providing up to 10 free community meals a week, as well as overnight winter shelter for those experiencing homelessness. (During the COVID-19 pandemic, Prince of Peace has partnered with Talbert House to provide winter shelter and meals in hotels.)
