Share your writing with a live audience. Join an Open Mic reading in recognition of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week.
When: November 17th, 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Where: SRC 2131
What: Poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and drama focused on or around ideas of home, food, housing, and/or hunger will be featured in the first portion of the program. The second portion of the program is open to creative writing outside of the recognized themes. (Writing should not include the glorification of sensitive topics or discrimination/inflammatory rhetoric toward marginalized communities.)
Maximum reading length= 5 minutes
